Whether you're playing on peaceful or playing a mod that doesn't allow you to get discs normally, this mod allows you to craft the music discs you want
I would recommend having JEI installed as it might be a little difficult to remember all the recipes if you want to make all the discs
All disc recipes are shapeless and use two dyes
