Description
Lets Eldritch End run on AzureLib 3.1+.
Eldritch End is built on AzureLib's legacy animation API, which was removed in AzureLib 3.1. That leaves you picking between Eldritch End and every mod that needs the newer AzureLib.
This patch removes the choice: it rewrites Eldritch End's references to GeckoLib as its classes load, so both can live in the same pack.
Why this works
AzureLib is a fork of GeckoLib. Through 3.0.x its jar shipped two animation systems side by side — the one inherited from GeckoLib under mod.azure.azurelib.*, and a new one under mod.azure.azurelib.rewrite.*.
In 3.1 the old one was deleted and the rewrite took its place.
Eldritch End only ever used the inherited half. So this patch doesn't force it onto a foreign library — it points it back at the code AzureLib copied in the first place.
Signatures match one to one.
Problems this fixes
Cataclysm: Spellbooks 1.2.9+ and Eldritch End in one pack.
Cataclysm: Spellbooks 1.2.9 needs AzureLib 3.1+, Eldritch End needs 3.0.x or older. Without this patch you install one or the other.
Note that 1.2.5 is the mirror image — it needs 3.0.x — so downgrading Cataclysm: Spellbooks only moves the problem.
Mobs of Mythology 3.x and Eldritch End in one pack.
Same conflict, same fix.
Any mod built against AzureLib 3.1+.
The split runs straight down the middle of AzureLib's own version history, so this keeps showing up as more addons move to the new API.
A confusing crash with no warning.
Eldritch End declares azurelib: "*" in its metadata, meaning "any version", so nothing warns you at load time.
On 3.1+ it simply fails when its classes load — typically NoClassDefFoundError: mod/azure/azurelib/animatable/GeoEntity (its mobs implement that interface) or mod/azure/azurelib/renderer/GeoEntityRenderer (its renderers extend that class).
Neither message points at the real cause.
Installation
Drop the jar into your mods folder alongside Eldritch End. Nothing to configure.
Requires Forge 1.20.1, Eldritch End 0.3.4+, GeckoLib 4.2+, AzureLib 3.0+ and Sinytra Connector (Eldritch End is a Fabric mod).
With AzureLib 3.0.x installed the patch is harmless but pointless — you only need it from 3.1 up.
If you swap the Eldritch End jar afterwards, delete mods/.connector/Eldritch_End* so Connector regenerates its cache.
What this mod is not
It contains no Eldritch End code and redistributes nothing.
It patches the official jar in memory as the game loads, so you download Eldritch End normally from its own page.

Please read before reporting bugs
Eldritch End was never tested against GeckoLib by its author.
If something breaks while this patch is installed, report it here, not to the Eldritch End developers — and check first whether it still happens with the patch removed.
