Elytra Flight Lock

Elytra Flight Lock separates your flight direction from your camera and aiming direction.

While gliding with an Elytra, press CTRL to lock your current flight angle. You can then freely move the camera, look behind you, and fire bows or other projectiles without changing your flight path.

Press CTRL again to unlock. Your view smoothly returns to the locked flight direction, allowing you to continue flying normally.

Controls

While gliding:

• Press Left CTRL or Right CTRL to enable the flight lock

• Press CTRL again to disable it

CTRL continues to work normally outside Elytra flight.
