Description

Tweaks the enchantment combination logic to make more sense and be fairer, without being too unbalanced (I hope). Uses ceil((smallerLevel/2)+biggerLevel) to calculate the new level. (pardon my pseudocode) This is my first mod, and I had to teach myself how to do it, so expect some minor bugs.
