About
Description
Inspired by the Second Wind mod by Lordepos.
Eternal Potions introduces a collection of reusable potions that grant vanilla buffs to enhance exploration, combat, and survival, while fitting seamlessly into vanilla gameplay and modpacks. These potions aren’t meant to make you invincible, but they’ll give you the edge when you need it most.
Each potion draws its name and theme from Greek mythology.

FAQ
How do I craft the potions?
Complete the matching advancement to unlock each recipe. The potions are crafted using a vanilla crafting table.
Are the potions strong?
They give meaningful boosts like Speed II, Strength II, or Haste II — but for short durations and with a reasonable cooldown (WIP) to keep things a little balanced.
Can I spam or stack them?
No — each potion has its cooldown, and using more copies doesn’t bypass it.
Do I lose the potion when I use it?
Nope — you keep the potion forever. Just wait for the cooldown before using it again.
Perfect for players who want:
- A smoother early game (get mining & exploring faster)
- Useful utility boosts without breaking the game
- A fun mythological theme that fits into any modpack
