Description
Experience Cubed is a Minecraft Forge/NeoForge mod. I will not be porting this mod to Fabric at this time, nor will I be porting this mod to versions older than 1.18.2.
Experience in Minecraft has a few flaws. This mod hopes to address them. For one, tons of Experience Orb entities slow down your game. Secondly, experience orbs cannot be stored for later in vanilla. If you die, there goes all the experience you've earned unless keep inventory is on. This mod addresses these issues by replacing Experience Orbs with Experience Cube items you can use as a means of storing up to 1000 experience points per cube by default. Another handy use for these Experience Cubes is you can use them as a form of Economy on your server, trading experience for various goods! These cubes are a one-off use though, so I would consider searching for a Bottle O' Enchanting which now stores up to 30 levels by default and can be reused as many times as you want! Simply drink the bottle and you'll gain all the experience stored in the bottle, if you want to store experience in the bottle, shift-right-click with the bottle in your hand and it will empty your experience bar into the bottle.
