Description

✨ Extended Vanilla Maintenance

🔹 What the Mod Does

Extended Vanilla Maintenance adds simple, vanilla-friendly ways to repair tools, weapons, armour, and other equipment that normally have limited or expensive repair options.

🔹 Supported Equipment

The mod includes maintenance methods for:

  • Stone tools and weapons
  • Iron tools, weapons, and armour
  • Golden tools, weapons, and armour
  • Diamond tools, weapons, and armour
  • Netherite tools, weapons, and armour
  • Leather armour
  • Bows and fishing rods
  • Tridents
  • Elytra
  • Chipped and damaged anvils

It can also support modded bows, fishing rods, tools, weapons, and armour when they use recognisable item types, material types, or naming conventions.

🔹 How to Use

Open the dedicated Maintenance Guide in JEI to see:

  • Which items can be repaired
  • Which repair material is required
  • Which workstation must be used
  • How each maintenance method works

Combine the damaged item with the material shown in JEI using the listed Crafting Table or Anvil method.

Anvils use a separate repair interaction and are restored one stage at a time:

Damaged Anvil → Chipped Anvil → Anvil

🔹 What’s Included

  • Repair methods for supported tools, weapons, armour, and equipment
  • Compatibility with recognised modded equipment
  • Trident and Elytra maintenance
  • Anvil restoration
  • A dedicated JEI Maintenance Guide
  • Configurable maintenance mechanics
  • An in-game configuration screen

The mod expands Minecraft’s normal repair system without adding complicated machines or unnecessary new items.
