Redstone Extended

This mod aims to take existing vanilla functions of redstone and make them more powerful. This is accomplished in two ways: by giving the player more control, and by making large circuits smaller. There are multiple blocks planned to accomplish this, but currently the mod only supplies two: the clock circuit and the redstone delay. The clock circuit block is a single block that functions as a clock circuit with configurable on and off durations. The redstone delay delays everything going through it by the configured amount of ticks, maintaining the same signal strength. (Please note that the durations are given in redstone ticks, not game ticks.)
