Description
I was approached yesterday on the official minecraft discord and asked about whether I knew any attack speed enchantment mods for fabric on 1.18.2. I replied that I did not, but that it didn't sound too difficult to make so I would make one for this user. The end result: this mod.
It adds a "Swift Strike" enchantment going up to level 5 that increases attack speed by 0.25 per level and can be applied to axes and swords.
This was a very low-effort mod and as such I did not spend much time debugging or anything like that, but I don't anticipate any major problems. If there are any issues, send them in the comments (I couldn't be bothered to make a github repo for this tiny mod). Also, it does not modify the attack speed tooltip on the weapon, I am aware of this.
Yeah, I was feeling pretty lazy.
Don't expect any updates unless there's a serious bug.
