Description
Fair Play for Xaero's Maps
Enforce Xaero’s fair-play settings from the server.
Fair Play for Xaero's Maps lets server owners control gameplay-affecting features in Xaero’s Minimap and Xaero’s World Map, including entity radar and cave mode. Policies are sent automatically when players connect and can be reapplied live without requiring a restart or reconnect.
Features
- Server-side only
- Disable entity radar and cave mode together or independently
- Optionally disable Xaero’s Minimap entirely
- Configure cave-mode exceptions for the Nether
- Reload settings live with
/xaerofairplay reload - Per-backend policies on proxy networks
- Falls back to Xaero’s standard fair-play messages for older clients
Default policy
By default, fair-play mode is enabled. This disables:
- Entity radar
- Minimap cave mode
- World Map cave mode
Server owners can customize these restrictions independently.
