Increases safe falling distance from 3 to 6 blocks. Adds a button that negates all fall damage when pressed within 100ms of hitting the ground. Adds a GUI element that dlisplays a cooldown for the negation effect.

-let user change fall damage negation window from 100ms to anything else

-let user change max safe falling distance

-adjust fall damage logic beyond the safe falling distance
