Description
Mods like default options can specify which resource packs should be loaded by default, but if a modpack ever updates with new or removed resource packs, any players with existing worlds/playthroughs won't receive those updates.
That's what this mod fixes.
Any resource packs specified in the "forcedresourcepacks" config file will be enabled by default on every startup, and any resourcepacks not listed there will be deactivated.
