Global Server Config (NeoForge 1.21.1 Port)

An unofficial NeoForge port of Global Server Config by TJT01. It redirects server configuration lookup to the shared config directory so worlds in the same game instance use the same server config files.

Install

Install this mod on a NeoForge 1.21.1 dedicated server. Existing world-specific server config files are left in place, but are no longer active while this mod is loaded; move any settings you want to keep into the shared config directory yourself.

Compatibility and testing

  • Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.x.
  • Dedicated-server startup smoke-tested on NeoForge 21.1.259; the mod loaded to the normal Done marker and generated config/neoforge-server.toml.
  • The client/server handshake with an unmodded client has not been tested, so client compatibility is unknown.

License and attribution

The port is based on the source published by TJT01 under The Unlicense. The original mod ID and package are retained. This is a community port and is not an official release by TJT01.
