About

Description

God Armor Back

A free and open-source datapack for Minecraft 1.21+ that restores the old compatibility between protection enchantments.

In Minecraft 1.14, it was possible to combine Protection, Fire Protection, Blast Protection, and Projectile Protection on the same armor. This was removed in 1.14.3, making these enchantments mutually exclusive. This datapack restores that original behavior, allowing them to be combined again and bringing back the classic "God Armor".

Features

  • Protection enchantments are compatible with each other
  • Enchanted books can be merged in an anvil
  • Multiple protection types can appear when enchanting armor
  • Naturally generated armor in chests can contain multiple protection enchantments
