Description
GregTech Nomifactory Edition is a continuation of the defunct project GregTech Community Edition, providing custom enhancements and backports/reimplementations of features found in GregTech Community Edition Unofficial.
Currently the project includes several merged PRs from GTCE's repository, as well as novel work by Exa4096 to improve the experience in Nomifactory:
- Robot Arms can now Supply Exact up to their per-second movement rate, rather than 64 items.
- Smart Filters can now send multiples of valid Electrolyzer and Centrifuge ingredients
- Quadruple and Nonuple fluid hatches for Multiblocks
- Buses and Hatches can now be directionally flipped with a screwdriver
- Notifying inventories allowing for significant performance improvements
New in 1.18.4:
- Machines now have operating sounds, controllable with the Block volume slider. You can individually muffle machines with a hard hammer, or disable these sounds globally via configs.
- Config option to unify mined ores with variant stone types to their basic Stone version, unless using a Silk Touch enchanted tool
- Texture optimizations
New in 1.18.1:
- Multiblocks can now share most functional parts, like input and output buses. Parts will indicate if they can be shared in their item tooltip.
- Multiblocks again retain crafting progress when non-controller blocks are broken, as they did before v1.18.0.
- Added "Jamming" logic to avoid race conditions with shared hatches, and to prevent multiblocks from progressing a recipe when they are reconfigured mid-craft. This will occur if the new configuration has either insufficient output space, or machine-specific needs are not satisfied (like EBF coil temperature is too low). Fix the issue and the craft will resume.
- Fix an old GTCE bug where chance-based recipe outputs computed their chances incorrectly, leading to incorrect results.
