Description
Growing crystals is a mod that help you growth buds crystals faster than the vanilla speed.
Even if minecraft only have amethyst geode, modded geodes are also compatible.
In order to make those amethyst (or other modded crystals) grow faster, you need to craft an crystal catalyst, and place it around some budding block.
The size of effect is a square of 23 blocks, so placing it at the center of a geode should be enough to empower the growth speed of all budding block in it.
The crystal catalyst need a crystal core to be crafted,and you can only find them by trading with a cleric villager (journeyman, gold badge)
You need 2 amethyst cluster and 4 emerald to get 1 crystal core.
The growth chance can be changed in the config file, for every budding blocks.
All of them are set to have 1/30 chance to get a successful crystal growth step on one of their face, every second.
(so an average of 1 growth for each budding block every 30 second)
All the mods supported are optional dependencies.
