Harry-hq's Vein Miner - Chain Mining Mod

Adds a "Vein Miner" enchantment to tools. When sneaking while mining a block, it will automatically break all connected blocks of the same type in a chain reaction.

Supports configurable options such as maximum chain size, search radius, and more via the configuration file.
