The Fabric version requires the Fabric-API get it here

Syntax:
/health add <targets> <amount>
/health set <targets> <amount>
/health get <targets>
/health reset <targets>
Description:
- the health of the entity will be set to the given amount
- if set to true in the config, the maximum health of the entity will be increased, this way the entity can heal to the new amount, even after losing some health
