run /function maceplus:give_heartsteal to get the base version with just the lifesteal mechanic, /function maceplus:give_superbuffed_heartsteal for the maxed out version, as well as /function maceplus:reset_health to reset your hearts (and allow yourself to be banned again).

The Heartsteal Mace is a powerful mace with a passive ability based on the Lifesteal SMP. Killing someone with the mace will grant you one permanent heart, and take one away from them, if you lose all your hearts you get sent to the banlands permenently.

The superbuffed version has several more abilities : Hitting someone boosts you upwards, holding [SPRINT] increases your gravity, you take no fall damage while holding it, if you are gliding with an elytra and hold [JUMP] you boost fowards at no cost, smash attacks also do an aoe explosion, and you passivly have 40% less gravity.
