Are you tired of your tools always working and your enchants always being helpful? Do you long for inconvenience in your Minecraft world and ruin your Minecraft experience as a whole? Or have you ever thought, "I wish my tools and armor would actively betray me!" Then Horrible Enchants is the right mod for you!

Horrible Enchants introduces 11 new enchantments available for you and your beloved Minecraft world, in which all the enchantments are the reverse of normal Minecraft enchantments. Experience a unique mining experience with Defficiency and Misfortune on your pickaxe, or experience a none-of-the-other combat experience with Dull and Miser's Curse! Yes, I know it's spelled "Deficiency" and not "Defficiency," but who's going to stop me from spelling it wrong?

Enchantment List and Functionality

• Misfortune - Decreases item drop chance when mining a block; comes with three levels. Each respective level decreases the likelihood of a block dropping an item by 25%, capping at Misfortune III for a chance of 75% of not dropping anything when mining. 
• Defficiency - Decreases a tool's mining speed when destroying a block. This enchantment comes with 5 levels, with each respective level decreasing the tool's efficiency by 15%, capping at Defficiency V with a 75% mining speed reduction.
• Dull - Decreases a weapon's damage when attacking an entity. This enchantment comes with 5 levels, with each respective level decreasing the weapon's damage by 20%, capping at Dull V with a 100% damage reduction.
• Vulnerability - Increases the damage taken by the wearer. This enchantment comes with 4 levels, with each respective level increasing the damage taken by the wearer by 50%, capping at Vulnerability IV with 200% extra damage.
• Benevolence - Attacker gains health. The wearer has a LEVEL * 15% chance of healing the attacker by 1-4 health, regardless of whether the attacker used melee, ranged, or other attacks. This enchantment comes with 3 levels.
• Waterlogged - Increases the time for the wearer to break a block underwater by 50%.
• Suffocation - Decrease the time in which the player can breathe in water. This enchantment comes with 3 levels, and the wearer takes extra drowning damage.
• Decay - Reduces the durability of an item (if the item has durability) when the player picks up experience orbs.
• Miser's Curse - Decreases the likelihood of an item dropping from a killed mob. This enchantment comes with 3 levels, with each respective level reducing the item dropping chance by 75%, capping at Miser's Curse III with a 25% item dropping chance.
• Flimsy - Decreases the damage of a bow. This enchantment comes with 5 levels, with each respective level decreasing the damage of the bow by 15%, capping at Flimsy V with a 75% damage reduction.
