Hostile GEN: Shattered Sky

Skeletal sky islands adrift over the void.

Shattered Sky replaces the overworld with broken floating islands. Their surfaces are loose gravel and sand. A ceiling of snow clouds caps the world and casts deep shadows, where monsters spawn in broad daylight.

What you get

  • Skeletal sky islands over an endless void
  • Unstable sediments
  • A snow cloud layer at the top of the world casting its shadow

Customize it

This pack uses the default settings. Tune all five settings (Islands, Clouds, Unstable sediments, Wood, Grass patches) and download your own version in the free online generator: https://aceoverdeuce.itch.io/hostile-gen

Install

  1. Create a new world
  2. More > Data Packs: drop the .zip in, move it to Selected
  3. Keep the Default world type. Use one Hostile GEN pack per world

Good to know

  • Minecraft Java 1.21.1
  • No oceanic structures
  • Strongholds, villages, outposts, desert temples and trial chambers still generate.
  • Nether and End are untouched
