Makes achievment / advancement chat messages clickable.
Details
- Adds a client-side click action to advancement chat messages.
- Opens the Advancements screen to the clicked advancement.
- Selects the right tab, scrolls to the entry, and flashes it briefly.
- Can add local-only chat messages for advancements that would only show a toast.
