About

Description

Currently Developed for Minecraft Version: 1.17.1 - 1.19.2

Requires Fabric API     dark_text@1538x500.png      0-lq-C3-g-Iu-W9-L9xxn.png

Minecraft mod for interchangeable inputs in recipes based on config.

About

Ever wish that you could use items in the place of other items for recipes? Like, a wolf pelt from one mod should be able to be used in a recipe for another mod that requires a wolf pelt. Well now you can!

Minecraft mod for interchangeable inputs in recipes using entirely JSON. This includes adding items from other mods to recipes from other mods!

This mod is even designed with the idea of overwriting other mods in mind if desired. Please read the full README.md

If you need any assistance in understanding the mod, you can join the Timefall discord here: Timefall Discord
I will be happy to assist and hope this mod is useful to you!

Warning: This mod does not override the vanilla recipe system of first match being the output. This can make certain recipes unobtainable if used frivolously. That is why, Polymorph is a sort of non-Newtonian dependency. If you use it just to resolve external mod recipes, it is not necessary. If you use it for setting items to be equivalent to each other within Vanilla, you might have some recipe conflicts that need to be resolved; this can be done by Polymorph. Find Polymorph for Fabric here

Want to play with on a server with friends? How about considering a server from BisectHosting? They're already set up and ready to go!

WIP Warning

This mod is a work in progress. Not all intended features are completed and there may be bugs. If you have recommendations or a bug to report, please do so on the GitHub page.

The Future of Development

There are likely to be some initial bugs as the conditions are a bit complicated. Please report them, give any feature requests, and report any grievances about ease of use in the aforementioned discord. I'm looking to make this as easy to use as possible. More advanced/specific crafting methods and more config specificity will likely be an update in the future. Thank you for your support!

Backporting or Forge? Rehosting?

I feel like 1.17.1 is far enough lol. I should be able to get this working on forge in a later version. PLEASE DO NOT REHOST THIS MOD. It is rude, if you need it on somewhere other than CurseForge, TALK TO ME. I will likely put it on Modrinth at some point. Please respect this. I will happily accept any contributions anyone makes. Feel free to copy a large portion of this mod if you think you can do better! I just wanted something like this to exist. Just provide a link back to me please. <3
