Does exactly three things:
1. Allows Apotheosis's enchantment gems to work with Iron's Spells and Enchantments 
2. Optimizes vanilla Iron's Spells and Spellbook's Black Hole with high spell power. (issue here)
3. Optimizes Arcane Manifestation's domains a little.

FULL DISCLOSURE THE CODE WAS AI ASSISTED BECAUSE I HATE CODING MIXINS

Iron's Spells and Spellbooks's Github explicitly allows addons:
- "Write your own code that uses this code as a dependency (such as addons or datapacks)."

...but I cannot find any way to get into contact with Iron's Spells and Enchantments' mod author. If anyone knows them, please inform me so that I can beg them for forgiveness.

also don't expect any non-bugfix updates to this, unless there are any highly requested compat fixes
