The attributes of Grade 1 sorcerers and above have basically all been reset. Combat power is now more in line with the original work; Sukuna with 15 fingers can instantly kill regular special-grade combatants.
Added a "Strong One" mechanic: when you become a sorcerer surpassing special grade, you can ignore damage from sources with Strength ≤ 10.
Added advanced attributes: Top-tier sorcerers need to defeat Kenjaku, Yuta, and Kashimo; the new realm "Transcendent Special-Grade Sorcerer" requires defeating Ryomen Sukuna in Yuji Itadori's body. Added the item "Sukuna's Cage," which can reduce the power of Sukuna with 15 fingers to assist players in advancing to Transcendent Special Grade.
Added a new ability: Cursed Energy Output. Players can regulate their own damage and can "hold back."
Added a stronger tier of Reverse Cursed Technique user, upgraded by defeating Kinji Hakari.
Buffed Domain: Malevolent Shrine — creatures with a Strength difference ≥ 20 are instantly slain.
Buffed Domain: Unlimited Void — brain death mechanic: creatures with Strength ≤ 19 are directly reduced to 1 HP; creatures with Strength between 20–29 lose 10% max HP per second; creatures with Strength between 30–47 lose 5% max HP per second; creatures with Strength > 47 lose 2% max HP per second. When a creature's HP drops to 1, it cannot act.
Ten Shadows Tier 3 enhancement now changes based on the player's Strength; it is best to tame shikigami before upgrading to a higher realm.
Buffed cursed tools: Inverted Spear of Heaven, Complete Inverted Spear of Heaven, Black Rope, Divine Martial Solution, Soul Liberation Blade, Flying Heaven, Divine Cloud Sword, Heavenly Feather.
The Inverted Spear of Heaven and the Black Rope can now break the seal of the Prison Realm.
World Rule: Player Mahoraga Enhanced Adaptation — when enabled, it can adapt to everything including hand-to-hand combat; disabled by default.
World Rule: Player Mahoraga Adaptation Retention — currently only effective for Enhanced Adaptation.
Creature Mahoraga Enhancement: gains 20 HP every 15s, 1 Strength every 45s, and 1 Armor every 60s, growing infinitely. It can instantly kill ordinary curses; against Transcendent Special Grade curses, each attack can only deal additional damage equal to 10% of their max HP.
Domain expansion limit removed: as long as you have the Open Domain achievement, you can use Open Domain. Crouching uses Closed Domain normally.
Item: Memory Crystal — allows you to experience Story Mode, with all main story content updated. Also includes Challenge Mode, recommended for 4+ players because it is truly difficult.
New achievement: Cursed Energy Mastery — obtained by consuming cursed energy, reducing the player's skill costs.
Simple Domain limit removed: players can now use their cursed technique normally while using Simple Domain.
Binding Vow system: 5 relatively reasonable binding vows — Craving Power, Craving Life, Technique Disclosure, Work and Overtime, Life-Risking Binding Vow.
Added various new creatures, such as ancient-era curses, and Toji with the Ten Shadows. Killing them drops Enhancement Stones; consuming them grants their power. Most characters have their own exclusive summoning methods and will also spawn in the wild.
New feature: Sukuna Flesh Transformation — restores full HP and replaces chest armor equipment with Ryomen Sukuna's arms.
Ryomen Sukuna's Arms Enhancement — can maintain Simple Domain indefinitely and all skills require no charging.
New system: Sukuna Possession — Sukuna's power changes based on your number of fingers. Players can suppress Sukuna at any time, but there is a 5-minute cooldown during which Sukuna cannot be summoned again.
New item: Ryomen Sukuna Skill Book — after use, you can use all of Sukuna's skills without eating fingers. Drops after Sukuna dies.
New function for Sukuna's Fingers: players can right-click while holding one to feed it to curses to strengthen them. When the curse dies, it drops the fingers it consumed.
Cursed tool enhancement: some unique cursed tools have exclusive abilities. Currently enhanced cursed tools: Inverted Spear of Heaven, Complete Inverted Spear of Heaven, Black Rope, Divine Martial Solution, Soul Liberation Blade, Flying Heaven, Divine Cloud Sword.
When a player chooses Maru's cursed technique and becomes a Transcendent Special-Grade Sorcerer, they become a transcendent being. After consuming the World Tuning Stone, they can dominate all living beings and become a true god.
Sukuna Bond system: winners/survivors gain huge bonuses: Yuji, Nobara, Megumi. Yuji, Todo Aoi. Yuji, Shinjuku Choso. Curse Naoya, Death-Melting Maki. Jogo, Dagon, Mahito, Hanami. Gojo Satoru, High School Geto Suguru. Ryomen Sukuna, Uraume. Dabura, Mahoraga. Yuji Itadori Sequel, Mahito Sequel. Gojo Satoru, Sukuna.
Added new Cursed Technique Expansion abilities; different characters have different effects.
Gojo Satoru: Flight; fully charged Blue can linger; using Red can fuse into Unlimited Purple; fused Purple deals 1/2 to 1/3 more damage than using it directly; crouching + Limitless activated Blue Punch can deal multi-hit damage and continuously pull enemies.
Ryomen Sukuna: Can control Space Cleave. When Cursed Technique Expansion is off, only normal slashes can be used; once turned on, Space Cleave can be used. After obtaining the Space Cleave achievement, it can ignore Limitless and directly attack living beings.
Geto Suguru: Can absorb all creatures. If the Strength difference is ≥ 20, they can be absorbed directly. In Creative Mode, absorption is unconditional.
Megumi Fushiguro: Can possess shikigami. Shift + Left Click or press K.
Yuta Okkotsu: Right-click Rika to open the Cursed Technique menu and switch to a second sorcerer at any time.
