Description

Are you tired of losing all your hard-earned experience points every time you die in Minecraft? The Keep XP After Death mod is here to change that!
Features:
-
Retain Your XP: With this mod, you can keep all your experience points even after you die. No more losing your progress or struggling to regain your levels, even if you have a half level bar !! You are not force to activate the KeepInventory rule now !
-
Seamless Integration: This mod integrates smoothly with Minecraft 1.19.2 and 1.20.1 (Added new versions), ensuring a hassle-free experience that fits naturally into your gameplay. I suggest you installing in every modpacks you play since this is literally a vanilla add-on !
-
Simple Setup: Easy to install and configure. Once added, your XP will be preserved automatically, providing a more enjoyable and less frustrating gaming experience.
How It Works:
-
Automatic XP Retention: When you die, your XP will not drop on the ground. Instead, it will be saved and restored when you respawn.
-
Customizable Settings: The mod uses a game rule to enable or disable XP retention, allowing you to toggle this feature on or off according to your preference.
-
Future Updates: Versions for Minecraft Fabric and 1.18.2 Forge are on their way! Stay tuned for updates to use this mod with your preferred versions.

EDIT : ON NEWER VERSIONS IT'S /gamerule keepXPAfterDeath true, to match the mod name.

Installation:
- Download and install the mod using your preferred mod loader for Minecraft 1.20.1 and 1.19.2 and 1.18.2 or 1.16.5 and 1.14.4. Or simply use CurseForge.
- Place the mod file into your Minecraft mods folder.
- Launch the game and enjoy retaining your XP on death!
Compatibility:
- Minecraft Version: 1.14.4, 1.16.5 and 1.19.2 to 1.20.1, simply ask me in comments what Version you'd like and I will probably do it in only a few days (at the moment I'm in vacations but yeah)
- Mod Loader: Forge, Fabric coming when I'll be able to fix a silly workspace issue.
