Adds NVG. USE JEI!!

Have fun! There is an issue I need to fix which does not allow you to use the NVG's during night time, but as long as your client block light level is at or below 6 you will gain night vision. There ARE modifications but again, 

USE JEI!!!

SCRAMBLER GOGGLES ARE NOT USED IN THIS MOD!!!

I will NOT be putting the crafts on here.

 

Something recently brought to my awareness is when you try to use JEI to view the craft for Infared Tubes, nothing comes up. This is completely my fault, and I will display the craft here until I get it synced with JEI.
