Level Up! Unleashed ✨

A lightweight and fully customizable datapack that supercharges your experience gains from mobs, smelting, breeding, trading, and fishing. Built for both singleplayer worlds and multiplayer servers, you can manage all settings in real time using a clean in-game chat GUI.

Features

  • Singleplayer & Multiplayer Compatible: Works out of the box in singleplayer, LAN, and dedicated servers with built-in admin permission safeguards.
  • Global Multiplier: Multiplies all gained XP (set to 2x by default).
  • Per-Source Rates: Customize independent multipliers for Mobs, Smelting, Animal Breeding, Villager Trading, and Fishing.
  • Anti-Farm Orb Cap: Prevent overpowered farms by setting a maximum XP limit per orb (500 XP cap by default, or disable completely).
  • Happy Hour Server Events: Start temporary server-wide bonus XP events (15m, 30m, 45m, 60m) with automatic announcements and titles.
  • Playtime Milestone Bonus: Reward loyal players with an automatic XP multiplier after reaching a configurable amount of playtime (e.g. 1 hour = 2x XP).
  • Optional Personal Multiplier: Players can customize their individual multiplier if enabled by the server admin.
  • Zero Tick Lag: Only processes when experience orbs spawn or when opening the menu.

Player Commands

  • /trigger lu_menu — Opens the interactive chat control panel.
  • /trigger lu_set_personal set <N> — Sets your personal multiplier (if enabled by admin). Type 999999 to turn OFF.

Admin Commands (Requires tag: lu_admin or OP)

  • /tag <player> add lu_admin — Grants admin permissions.
  • /function level_up_unleashed:admin/set_source — Configures per-source multipliers (mobs, ores, breeding, etc.).
  • /function level_up_unleashed:admin/playtime_panel — Configures playtime milestone requirements and bonus.
  • /function level_up_unleashed:event/panel — Starts, adjusts, or stops Happy Hour events.
  • /function level_up_unleashed:admin/perms_on / perms_off — Toggles admin-only permission mode.
  • /function level_up_unleashed:admin/personal_on / personal_off — Allows or disallows regular players from editing personal XP.
  • /function level_up_unleashed:uninstall — Completely cleans all scoreboards, tags, and data.

Installation

  1. Download the .zip file.
  2. Place it inside your world's datapacks folder (.minecraft/saves/<your_world>/datapacks/ or on your server's world/datapacks/ folder).
  3. Type /reload in chat.
  4. Open the menu with /trigger lu_menu.
