About

Description

Core Features

  • Creates beams for better combat items, such as armor and weapons.
  • Highlights these items in containers (such as chests) and your inventory as well.
  • Alerts you via a hotbar message if these items are not equipped.
  • Introduction of better tooltips, e. g. Weapon DPS and total damage (including sharpness) and a armor rating system.
  • You can also check for food, blocks or wood if you have less than specified in the config. It works for totems and shields too!
  • Displays an “N” for the food with best nutrition and an “S” for the food with best saturation.
  • Highly customizable with around one stack options to choose from!

Calculations can be based on the old or new combat system.

Advanced Features

Custom items

  1. Go into a creative singleplayer world.
  2. Put your desired custom items in your inventory.
  3. Run /LootMate customsets add <name>.
  4. Your set is now active. You can switch between sets, see /LootMate for help.

Optionally, you can name items with an anvil before running the /LootMate customsets add with the following parameters separated by spaces:

  • noBeam: Don’t show a beam for this item.
  • noHotbar: Don’t show a hotbar message if this item is not in your hotbar.
  • noInv: Don’t highlight this item in your inventory.
  • 16 (or any other number): Check this item for this maximum quantity.
  • #00FF00 (or any other hex color): Use this color for this item.

To find the hex color, just google e. g. “green hex color” and paste it.

If you don't specify the parameters, the config options for custom items will be used.

Config sets

  1. Adjust the config for your liking.
  2. Save the configuration with /LootMate configsets add {name}.
  3. Restore the settings anytime with /LootMate configsets load {name}. See /LootMate for help.

Recommendation: Use a mod like https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/commandkeys to assign keybinds to the commands to quickly switch between custom or config sets.

Dependencies

No need to install any other mod than Fabric API.

Please note that Mod Menu is required to access the config GUI.
