Description

Overview

Lord of the Rings: Qualities of Middle-Earth adds many more uses for items to expand on some things that previously felt left out in the Lord of the Rings: Renewed mod. For example, copper and silver now have their own armour sets and tools along with their own uses for more things, Mordor now has an equivalent for Mithril called Black Iron, and there are even new sets for Dwarves and Elves.

QOME also adds new systems to the LOTR mod, such as Ring Forging, a very difficult process and very expensive, although it can be very worth it.

Version 2

Version 2 Beta 1 is here, introducing a new system, a magic language system. For now there are only Elven and Morgul magic tomes, the Dwarven tomes are planned later on in the beta.
To use the language system, you need to first learn the roots of the certain language. For example, to use the spell Ceura- nin, you will need to first find the Elven Language Tome and then need to learn the Ceura- nin phrase. To learn a spell or language, right click the tome in air. To use a spell, just type the words in chat surrounded by a "/", to upgrade a spell you must have learnt tier 1 of the spell as well.

Note: This mod is not trying to be accurate to Tolkien's legendarium or lore, it's simply for fun and it's whole purpose is to add things to the Lord of the Rings: Renewed mod that Mevans may never add.
