About

Description

Low Durability Switcher is a lightweight mod designed to protect your tools and gear from accidental breakage. When your tool’s durability drops below a certain threshold, the mod automatically switches your active hotbar slot—helping you avoid breaking valuable equipment during intense gameplay.

For Quilt users, the Quilted Fabric API is required.

Features

  • There are no complex settings, making the mod simple and user-friendly.
  • A keybind allows you to toggle the mod on and off. You can find this toggle in Options → Controls.
  • The active slot will automatically switch when your tool has less than 10 durability remaining.
  • The mod remembers your toggle status even after exiting the game—you don’t have to re-enable it each time.

Since the 1.2 update, the mod includes:

  • Mod Menu support (requires Mod Menu and Cloth Config)
  • A new feature: Armor Sound Alert — emits a sound when your armor’s durability falls below a set threshold.
