MasaAdditions — Unofficial Port

⚠️ Unofficial port of masaadditions by hp3721. The original is archived — this port keeps it running on current Minecraft versions, for both Fabric and NeoForge.

What does this mod add?

MasaAdditions extends Masa's mods with dozens of extra tweaks and quality-of-life options that aren't present in the originals.

TweakerooAdditions

Extra configuration options and tweaks on top of Tweakeroo / Tweakerge:

• Block breaking particle tweaks — control count, scale, and speed of block break particles
• Click recipe craft — craft recipes by clicking them in the recipe book with CTRL+SHIFT
• Auto respawn on death — respawn automatically without clicking the button
• Disable honey block slowdown/jumping — fine-grained honey block behavior
• Mining ghost block fix — reduces ghost blocks while mining
• Force swap gear — equip armor directly from your main hand by right-clicking while sneaking
• Llama steering — control llamas while riding them
• Blink drive — teleport to the block you're looking at (requires op)
• Perimeter wall dig helper — prevents accidentally mining below specified block types
• Override sky time — freeze the sun, moon and fog at any time of day, client-side only
• Rainbow leaves — colour foliage by position
• And more: disable boss bars, footstep particles, item frame borders, stuck arrows, the scoreboard sidebar, the Realms button, and others

LitematicaAdditions

Additional tools for Litematica / Forgematica, including Render Held Item Only — renders only schematic blocks matching the item in your hand. Full list: LitematicaAdditions wiki

Where are the settings? There is no separate config screen. Every option is added straight into the host mod's own settings — Tweakeroo's Generic, Tweaks and Disable tabs, Litematica's Generic tab, and so on. The added options sit at the end of each list; the search box at the top of the screen finds them by name.

Why download this?

The original MasaAdditions is no longer maintained and stopped at older Minecraft versions. If you use Masa's mods today, this is the only way to get these features.

Requirements

This is an add-on: it only works alongside the ports of masa's mods. Each file was built and checked against these exact releases.

Fabric, 1.21 line

Where one file spans several game versions, the code this mod patches is the same across them and the build was checked against each one. Fabric API is required, and MaLiLib already asks for it, so installing MaLiLib brings it along. On Fabric none of the dependency versions above are held back — the newest release of each is the one to take.

NeoForge, 1.21 line

On NeoForge, 1.21.2, 1.21.6, 1.21.7 and 1.21.9 are not covered: NeoForge published only beta loaders for those, and masa's ports were never built for them. On Fabric every release from 1.21.2 to 1.21.11 is covered.

The 26.1 line

Only the library — MaLiLib on Fabric, MaFgLib on NeoForge — is truly required. Each of the three modules switches itself on only when the mod it extends is installed, so you can run any combination of Tweakeroo, Litematica and MiniHUD, or just one of them.

On NeoForge, Foxified ClassTweaker is also needed; MaFgLib already requires it, so installing MaFgLib brings it along.

Client-side only — not needed on the server.

Please read: do not just install the newest of everything

The versions in bold above are not the newest of their line, and that is deliberate. Three current NeoForge releases of the mods this extends fail to start on their own, before this mod is even reached. Install the newest of everything and you will get a crash at startup that looks like this mod's fault.

• Forgematica 0.4.3 and 0.4.4 for 1.21.8 — one mixin target was left as an unmapped name, so it matches nothing and the game stops while loading. Use 0.4.2.
• Forgematica 0.4.5 for 1.21.10 — the metadata URLs shipped as unfilled build placeholders, and the loader refuses the file outright. Use 0.4.3.
• MaFgLib 0.4.5 for 1.21.11 — hooks a call NeoForge no longer makes while loading language files. Use 0.4.4.

Every file here already declares dependency ranges that exclude these, so your launcher should warn you rather than let you into a crash. All three are problems in those mods, not in this one, and each range leaves room above the gap for a fix.
