Master Cobblemon is a lightweight, 100% client-side companion mod for Cobblemon.
It brings handy tools of its own and quietly upgrades the Cobblemon add-ons you already use, all from one clean menu that opens with F6.

Built by a Diosesmon player, for Diosesmon players. And it works just as well on any other Cobblemon server.

🎛️ One menu for everything (F6)

Press F6 and a native-looking Minecraft menu opens. On the left you'll find General, with Master Cobblemon's own features, followed by every compatible mod you have installed. Pick one and its options appear on the right.

• 💾 Saves itself: every change is kept instantly, no Save or Cancel buttons
• 🧩 Only shows what you have: each module appears automatically when its mod is installed
• ⌨️ Your key, your choice: change F6 anytime in Controls, under "Master Cobblemon"

📊 Type chart, right in your inventory

A small button at the top of your inventory (survival and creative) opens a full type effectiveness chart, so you never have to alt-tab mid-battle again.

• 📋 List view: one row per type, painted in its own colour, showing who it hits hard, who it barely hurts, what it's weak to and what it's immune to
• 🔢 Grid view: the classic 18x18 chart. Hover a cell and its row and column light up, with a clear "Fire → Grass ×2" tooltip

Choose your favourite view, close it with Esc or a click outside, and hide the button whenever you like.

📡 Cobblenav (turns on when Cobblenav is installed)

Makes your PokéFinder even better.

• 🔔 "Found it!" sound: a custom, Pokémon-style bell fanfare plays the moment your PokéFinder spots a Pokémon from your active search. Just keep the PokéFinder in your hotbar, no need to hold it. Adjustable volume, and only one sound even if several appear at once
• 🧭 Move the PokéFinder radar: drag the radar window anywhere on your screen and it stays there. One click resets it to its default spot

📦 Installation

1. Install Minecraft 1.21.1 with Fabric.
2. Install Fabric API, Fabric Language Kotlin and Cobblemon 1.7.3.
3. Drop Master Cobblemon into your mods folder.
4. Optional: add any of the compatible mods listed above to unlock their modules.

🎮 Works on servers, with nothing installed on them

Client-side only. Install it on your own game and it works on any Cobblemon server, with no server-side installation and no permissions needed.

🛡️ Fair, light and safe

Master Cobblemon never talks to the server: no packets, no commands, no chat messages. It only shows information the game and your mods already give you, so it gives no unfair advantage. It does nothing while its features are closed, and if a compatible mod changes in an update, that module simply switches itself off instead of crashing your game.

❓ FAQ

Do I need to install it on the server? No. Client only.
Do I need the compatible mods? No. Each module turns on by itself only when its mod is installed; without them, everything else works the same.
Does it change my Pokémon or the game rules? No. It only reads information and shows it to you.
Can I use it in my modpack? Yes, go ahead.
Other versions? Built for Minecraft 1.21.1 and Cobblemon 1.7.3.
