HP Output

HP Output is a lightweight client-side Minecraft mod that sends player health-related events to external applications through local UDP messages.

It is designed for integrations such as hardware controllers, overlays, automation tools, stream utilities, custom dashboards, and other applications that need real-time access to the player's health state.

Features

Supported Versions

Loader Minecraft Version
Fabric 1.14 – 1.21+
Forge 1.12 – 1.20.x

Fabric Loader is only available for Minecraft 1.14 and newer. Minecraft 1.12–1.13 users should use the Forge version.

Data Output

By default, HP Output sends JSON-formatted UDP packets to:

127.0.0.1:39571
