About

Description

MCA Colony Integration is a compatibility mod for **MCA Reborn** and **MineColonies**.

It allows players to move villagers between the two systems without simply spawning unrelated replacement NPCs.

## Features

- Convert MineColonies citizens into MCA residents.
- Hire adult MCA villagers as MineColonies citizens.
- Preserves villager names during conversion.
- Preserves MCA identity and original MCA data when villagers are hired by a colony.
- Returning a former MCA villager back to MCA restores their original MCA identity.
- Attempts to preserve the appearance of MineColonies citizens when converting them back and forth.
- Prevents MCA children from being hired as workers.
- Uses a confirmation interface instead of automatically converting villagers.
- MineColonies citizens continue spawning normally until you choose to convert them.

## How to Use

Sneak + right-click a compatible villager.

### MineColonies Citizen

Sneak + right-click the citizen and select:

**Convert to MCA Resident**

### MCA Villager

While inside a MineColonies colony, sneak + right-click an adult MCA villager and select:

**Hire as Colony Worker**

## Requirements

- Minecraft 1.21.1
- NeoForge
- MCA Reborn
- MineColonies

This mod does not include MCA Reborn or MineColonies. They must be installed separately.

## Compatibility

MCA Capitals can be used alongside this mod, but full compatibility with every MCA Capitals system has not yet been extensively tested.
