MEDACRAFT!  Now in 1.12.2!

This is a fan made mod based on the anime and manga franchise Medabots (also known as Medarots). The goal is to add a bunch of Medabots with fancy combat mechanics to enjoy and have fun with. 

Custom Vanilla Minecraft inspired bots to be added as well as potential other custom crossovers. (official crossovers will be included in the normal Medabots list to be added)

Within this mod you create your own battle robot pet, with a variety of different parts to equip that can provide bonuses to attack, speed or even it's HP.

You can harvest items and mine the new ore to craft yourself a Tinpet  (the skeleton) with which you can equip Medaparts (equipment / armour) to make your own Medabot. You are able to win Medaparts from other Medabots and gain experience and eventually level up the parts and improve them even further. The mod comes with several items that allow the player to interact with their Medabot, allowing for storage and part swapping.

There is an ingame guide available, this is crafted from a broken medal and a book. It doesn't have any recipes and is still a WIP guide, but does contain all the information needed in order to play with the mod. As it requires redstone and iron in crafting recipes you can't jump into the mod immediately however there is no skill requirements to play and enjoy. Although early, the mod will eventually have a wide variety of different equipment and special abilities which will enhance the combat system further making it more dynamic. World interaction is a planned feature so your bot can help you mine, build and play.

The current focus will be to increase the number of medabots gradually and to improve the combat due to the additional parts techniques.
The main focus will be more medabots but my discord is open for those who wish to stay informed of progress and even help suggest the direction of updates as it's all about having the fun pllayers want.
