Mekanism: Radiation — Radiation Cleaner Addon

Accidents happen. When your nuclear reactor goes critical or a pipe carrying radioactive material breaks, you’re left with a dangerous zone. The Radiation Cleaner is your solution to mitigate these hazards without risking your character’s health.

This addon adds a single, highly effective tool to the Mekanism ecosystem.

Mechanics:

• Action: Right-click on any block.
• Area of Effect: 8 blocks radius centered on the clicked block.
• Effect: Removes 20% of radiation from all radiation sources within the radius.
• Sources Affected: Exploded reactor cores, broken radioactive pipes, and other Mekanism-generated radiation hotspots.
• Cooldown: 20 ticks (short enough to clean multiple zones in quick succession).

Usage Tips:

• Always wear radiation protection before approaching the source.
• For heavily contaminated areas, multiple passes may be required.
• The tool is most effective when the target block is close to the radiation source.
