📖 About

Might Makes Everything is a Fabric mod inspired by the legendary mod MITE (Minecraft Is Too Easy), rebuilt from the ground up with an even deeper survival experience.

You start with only 3 hearts. You can barely break a block with your bare hands. Every tool must be crafted, every metal must be earned, and every step into the dark is a gamble.

⚠️ Status: The mod is still a work in progress and not yet fully complete. — the mod version now follows the Minecraft version. We are currently testing whether the full playthrough of the latest version works correctly. The full release is expected to be published for 26.3.

❤️ Survival Overhaul

  • Start with only 3 health points and a hunger bar
  • New nutrition system: Protein / Sugar / Fiber. Different foods provide different amounts — neglect your diet and suffer malnutrition or diabetes (insulin resistance)
  • You are extremely fragile — without armor, any monster can easily kill you
  • Crafting takes time — high-tier weapons, armor, and metal anvils take exceptionally long
  • Health regenerates very slowly (64 seconds per heart) and even slower when malnourished; sleeping in a bed regenerates 8× faster — you can also sleep during the day to recover
  • Leveling requires far more XP, but the rewards scale: every 5 levels grants +1 max HP & hunger, up to level 35 (vanilla standard)

Player status

⛏️ Mining & Gathering Restrictions

  • Attack range drastically reduced (1.5 blocks unarmed) — weapons extend it
  • Block interaction range: 3 blocks
  • Breaking blocks is extremely slow — most blocks cannot be destroyed by hand
  • Logs: only short axes, axes, or battle axes
  • Stone & ores: pickaxes or warhammers
  • Metal blocks: only a pickaxe/warhammer of a higher-tier metal
  • Most player-crafted portable/functional blocks can be picked up by hand

Can't break by hand

🏹 Early Game Progression

  • You start as a mere hunter-gatherer: hunt animals, gather plants, and craft food to survive
  • Craft flint tools by hand to obtain wood
  • Your first metal pickaxe comes from collecting metal particles in gravel
  • Food drains faster (mining, fighting, etc.) — stock up enough to survive the night
  • The metal workbench slows the pace — advancing through each metal tier shapes the whole game rhythm

Early game

⚒️ New Metals & Ores

  • 4 new ores & 5 new materials: Silver, Mithril, Ancient Metal, Adamantium (+ Rusted Iron)
  • Metal tiers (low → high): Gold → Copper/Silver (→ Rusted Iron) → Iron → Ancient Metal → Mithril → Adamantium → Netherite
  • Tiers impose extra restrictions on crafting, using, and repairing tools
  • Rusted Iron is only obtainable from monsters; Ancient Metal only from Trial Chambers
  • No artificial mineshafts early on — you must collect exposed ore in caves or on rocky shores
  • Monsters deeper underground are more diverse and dangerous — deeper means richer, larger ore veins

Ore veins

🌌 The Underground Dimension

  • Build a portal in the bedrock layer of the Overworld (bedrock must occupy the bottom-left or bottom-right corner) to enter the Underground
  • The Underground has two layers separated by bedrock:
    • Mithril & diamonds spawn more frequently in the second layer
    • Adamantium is exclusive to the second layer
  • Underground monsters are far more dangerous than Overworld ones
  • The terrain is extremely complex — it's easy to get lost
  • Find the Mantle at the lowest level of the Underground and build a portal with it (bottom-left/bottom-right corner) to enter the Nether
  • The Nether is now far more dangerous, and entering it requires passing through the Underground first
  • Trial Chambers & Ancient Cities now spawn only in the Underground; obtain Rune Teleport Stones from Trial Cages in the Hall of Trials
  • Rune Portals:
    • Mithril Portal: teleports ~8,000+ blocks away
    • Adamantium Portal: teleports ~20,000+ blocks away

🔥 Furnaces & Fuel Heat Levels

  • 5 new furnace types:

    Furnace Heat Level
    Clay 1
    Sandstone 1
    Hardened Clay 1
    Obsidian 3
    Netherrack 4
  • Furnaces extinguish when blocked by opaque blocks

  • Many new items can be used as fuel

  • All wooden items, charcoal, and torches can cook meat in any furnace

  • 4 fuel heat tiers — vanilla changes: Blast Furnace = 4, Smoker = 1, Furnace = 2

  • Campfires burn only 80 seconds, but can be extended by adding fuel

  • Smelting requirements:

    • Common metals (copper/silver/gold/iron) → cobblestone-tier furnace + coal
    • Mithril → obsidian-tier furnace + lava
    • Adamantium & Netherite → Netherrack furnace powered by Blaze Rods
  • Netherite remains the top tier, upgraded from Adamantium with a template

  • Skeletons now have ranged and melee variants — fast and deadly

Furnaces

⚔️ New Tools & Weapons

  • New arsenal: clubs, knives, daggers, warhammers, battle axes, pickaxes (war picks), and sickles
  • Wooden (except shovels), stone, and diamond tools had their functions removed; the wooden sword recipe now gives a low-damage wooden club
  • Obsidian can now be used to craft tools
  • Almost all tool durability can't withstand heavy use
  • Flint axe — the easiest early-game tool, crafted by hand to harvest logs
  • Copper pickaxe — the easiest tool for mining stone and ore
  • Repairing requires a same-tier (or higher) metal anvil and consumes nuggets — no XP needed. Anvils have durability now, and you can inspect it right in your inventory

✨ New Enchantments

  • Dagger → Butchering
  • Scythe / Hoe / Pickaxe → Harvesting
  • Pickaxe / Hoe → Fertility
  • Axe / Battle Axe → Cleaving

Enchanting

🌾 Farming Overhaul

  • Blueberry bushes in forests can be harvested repeatedly — blueberries are edible and used in other foods
  • Crops have stricter growth requirements and grow extremely slowly
  • New manure system: animals produce manure that enriches farmland
  • Wheat yield reduced — harvesting gives only 1 wheat

Blueberries Manure farm

🏚️ World Changes

  • Villages only spawn as zombie villages, with longer intervals — no villagers, no crops
  • Strongholds only spawn 10,000+ blocks from spawn
  • Furnaces, workbenches, anvils, and enchanting tables become unusable if blocked by opaque blocks in front of or above them
  • The closer monsters are to the bottom of the world, the more often they drop equipment
