Resolves the issue of missing specific derived blocks during Millénaire construction.

• ⚖️ Configurable Cost Multipliers Supports setting custom deduction ratios in the config file! For example: constructing 1 Cobblestone Stair can be set to deduct 2 Cobblestone, while 1 Cobblestone Wall deducts 1 Cobblestone.

• 🏛️ Per-Culture Rule Support In addition to global settings (global.json), you can create individual configuration files for different cultures (such as japan.json for Japanese, Norman, Byzantine, etc.) to apply customized building material substitution strategies.

⚙️ How to Configure?

After installing the mod and running the game once, the configuration file will be automatically generated at: .minecraft/config/millenairecostombuildingblockmapping/global.json
