Mine Ghoul

Choose to live as a human or a ghoul — and decide which side of the war you are on.

This is a fan-made project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original creators or rights holders.

Ghouls

• Four kagune types, each with its own model, 3-hit combo, guard and special skill (V key)
  • Rinkaku – four scaled tentacles, leap & punch
  • Koukaku – armored blade on the arm, wide slash
  • Bikaku – crystal tail, sweeping spin attack
  • Ukaku – wing-like cloud of RC shards, ranged volleys and a high-speed dash
• RC cells – your stats grow as your RC cells increase
• Ghoul diet – ghouls can only eat human flesh and coffee, but barely get hungry
• Ghoul Rate – defeat CCG investigators to be raised from Rate C to Rate B
• Exposing your kagune makes villagers flee and iron golems attack you

Humans & the CCG

• Visit a CCG branch and register with the receptionist (after an RC test)
• Receive the starter quinque "Karasuba" (a briefcase that deploys into a katana) and an investigator uniform
• Quinque combat: 3-hit combo, guard and a dash slash
• Promotion – defeat Aogiri members to be promoted from Rank 3 to Rank 2 investigator

Enemies & NPCs

• Aogiri Tree members (C-rate ghouls) with rinkaku or bikaku kagune, natural spawning, hit-and-run AI
• CCG Rank 3 investigators that hunt hostile mobs, Aogiri members and exposed ghouls
• The two factions fight each other on sight
• Café manager – trades coffee, and quietly provides food for ghouls

Structures

• CCG Branch (plains, meadows, savannas) – lobby, office floor, quinque lab
• Aogiri Hideout (dark forest) – a ruined 4-story building full of Aogiri members
• Café "Anteiku" (plains) – a small shop building with a rolling-shutter storage room, café and rooftop

Controls

• R – Deploy / retract kagune (or quinque)
• Left click – Combo attack
• Right click (hold) – Guard
• V – Special skill
• B – Status screen

(Keys can be changed in Controls settings.)

Status

This mod is in early development (beta). Expect bugs and balance changes. The mod will be continuously updated with new kagune, quinques, enemies, structures and progression. Feedback, bug reports and suggestions are very welcome!
