Your next survival upgrade could be one case away.

MineDrop adds a pocket-sized loot and trading hub to Minecraft. Open themed cases, take a chance on better gear, or exchange valuable items for the resources you need — all through a pixel-styled tablet that fits the game.

Features

  • Cases: explore 42 themed cases covering building materials, food, farming supplies, ores, equipment, and rare treasures. Open up to five at once, with a free case available every 10 minutes.
  • Full armor sets: the armor-set case awards a helmet, chestplate, leggings, and boots together. Available sets include leather, chainmail, iron, gold, diamond, and netherite.
  • Upgrades: use items, coins, or both to aim for more valuable rewards. Your success chance follows the value of your stake and target, up to 95%. A special red zone can multiply the prize.
  • Crash: a firework takes off as the multiplier climbs. Cash out before it bursts, or set an automatic cash-out target.
  • Item exchange: turn valuable items into cheaper resources and receive the full difference in coins. For example, an item worth 50 coins can become resources worth 49 coins plus 1 coin in change.
  • Inventory: deposit, sell, and withdraw items from your personal MineDrop storage. Enchantments, durability, potions, and supported container contents contribute to item value.

The recent-drops feed records your rewards and their source. Notable wins are announced in the server chat, so friends can see what you found.

Getting started

  1. Install Fabric Loader for Minecraft Java 1.21.1 and use Java 21.
  2. Place the MineDrop JAR in your mods folder. Fabric API is bundled with this release.
  3. Join a world and use your MineDrop tablet: right-click it or press B to open the menu.
  4. Start with the free case, or deposit and sell your own items to earn your first coins.

New players start with 0 coins. Menu tabs use shortcuts 1–5. Opening the tablet keeps the world running.

Playing with friends

Install the same MineDrop version on the server or LAN host and on every player's client. Each player has their own balance and storage, saved with the world. Coins and rewards are used within Minecraft.

Compatibility and feedback

Item exchanges and rewards are checked by the server. This beta has been tested in singleplayer. Compatibility with other mods and larger multiplayer sessions has not yet been fully tested.
