Description

Mineral Extraction

Mineral Extraction is a simple quality-of-life mod that allows players to extract value from common stone-type blocks. With this mod, you can smelt the following blocks in a blast furnace to receive 1 Iron Nugget per block:

  • Basalt
  • Blackstone
  • Andesite
  • Granite

Perfect for players who end up with tons of these blocks during mining and want a small return instead of dumping them in lava.

🔧 Features:

  • Blast furnace support for Basalt, Blackstone, Andesite, and Granite
  • Each block yields 1 Iron Nugget
  • Lightweight and compatible with most modpacks

💡 Use Case:

Helps reduce block clutter and gives you an incentive to keep those useless stone in your inventory next time you mine them.

This is actually also semi-realism! In real life, the above mentioned rock types contain about 3-5% of Ferrous Oxide, so blasting them in real life would yeild a rough eqivalent of one iron nugget in game.
