Mini Quarry

Mini Quarry adds a single block that does one job well: it digs.

Place it, put a chest next to it, and it will excavate a 10x11 shaft straight down to bedrock, one block at a time. Everything it mines goes directly into the chest. No pipes, no power, no setup.

Features

• One block, no infrastructure. Place it and it starts working.
• Direction aware. The shaft is dug in the direction the block is facing, so you decide where it goes.
• Direct chest output. Mined blocks are inserted into a chest placed to the right of the machine, at the same height. Works with double chests and any block with an inventory.
• Full drop support. Ores drop what they should, using the vanilla loot tables.
• Obstacle safe. Bedrock, water and lava are skipped instead of breaking the machine.
• Progress readout. Right-click the block to see the current layer and overall progress.
• Pauses when full. If the chest runs out of space, the machine waits instead of voiding items.

How to use

1. Place the Mini Quarry block facing the direction you want to dig.
2. Place a chest directly next to it, on the right side, at the same height.
3. Wait. The machine mines one block per tick and stops automatically at bedrock.

Notes

• Water and lava are not removed, only skipped. Expect liquids to flow into the shaft in wet biomes.
• The machine works on dedicated servers. Both the server and all connected clients need the mod installed.
