Mob Lassos

Mob Lassos adds some neat utilities when moving mobs: Now you can simply craft a lasso to transport most mobs elsewhere in your inventory! No leads or animal food required!

• Transport mobs with lassos. But be quick! Mobs will escape after some time!
• The golden lasso can capture all land animals.
• The aquatic lasso can capture all water animals.
• The diamond lasso can capture all animals and does not have a timer.
• The emerald lasso can only capture villagers, but not every villager wants to be captured! Make sure they accept a contract first, but not every villager will do.
• A hostile lasso can capture hostile mobs, but there is a catch! Any capture monster must be below 50% health and will continuously bite you while carrying the lasso. Be careful!
• Rename the captured mob by applying a new name to the lasso in an anvil.
• Enchanting a lasso with the holding enchantment for the duration to last longer.

If available for a mod, configuration is possible directly from in-game using the mod menu (requires Mod Menu by Prospector to be installed on Fabric).

For manual configuration using an external text editor all files are found at .minecraft/config, named as MOD_ID-client.toml, MOD_ID-common.toml, or MOD_ID-server.toml, depending on the type of config. Not all types might exist for a mod, if any at all.
