Description
Moku Treasure Hunt
All that glitters, is not gold.
What is it?
Moku Treasure Hunt is a mod that adds a bunch of new possible treasures to a range of loot pools across dimensions, from new items in the deep dark, to items only available in The End.
However, not all 'treasures' are good! Many of them have negative effects, or a mix of positive and negative effects. There's a challenge on you, the player, to be able to lug these items home, and display them on the newly added Pedestal block (that comes in many different flavours!).
The treasures effects are left intentionally vague, with some having effects that are incredibly specific, niche, or randomly activated at given times. Feel free to experiment with the treasures to see what they do, or take the cautious route and put them in a museum for display.
Examples of Treasures
I won't give you what the effects do for the treasures - half the fun of the mod is finding something, not knowing what it does/is and finding out yourself. However, I will provide a few words of warning:
"Strange" items always carry a downside. "Evil" items always carry a BIG downside. "Dolls" can be hit or miss. Many items effects aren't immediately obvious. Some items may not even have an effect. Who knows?
Locations of Treasures
Again, it'd ruin the point if I told you where to find everything, but the treasures have been distributed according to their strength, effect, and theme. I will give you one example out of the kindness of my heart: You can find Flovera in a Plains Village House.
That's the only one I'm giving you, the rest you'll have to find, but bear in mind - none drop from mobs.
That's it.
It's not a very complicated mod. It's just a neat way to collect some cool items, and maybe even lug them around if you think they're useful.
