Players can find opportunities to tame him while fighting. Once tamed, riding Godzilla lets players unleash abilities like Atomic Breath and Red Lotus Pulse. Godzilla also drops dorsal fins, which can be crafted into the Godzilla Dorsal Fin Battleaxe.

Use the special item Eye of Godzilla to locate him.

Taming Godzilla is only possible within a time window when his health drops below 12.5%. Additionally, Godzilla is immune to radiation and nuke damage from Alex's Caves. Nukes can also be used to aid taming Godzilla, while nuclear waste restores his health.
