# Morph Anything

**Turn into any mob in the game and actually become it.**

Press **`~`** and you get a list of every creature Minecraft has. Click one and you *are* it: its
model, its animations, its health, its armour, its punch, its speed. Press **`M`** and a wheel opens
with that shape's special moves. Press **`[`** for the full list of what it gives you.

The list is built from the game itself, not from anything typed in by hand  so **every mob from
every other mod you have installed is in there too**, with powers to match.

## Turn into anything

- 🐄 A cow, and you have 10 hearts and nothing much else.
- 🕷️ A spider, and you climb walls.
- 🐬 A dolphin, and you breathe underwater and swim fast.
- 🐉 The Ender Dragon, and you have **200 health** and you can fly.
- 🔊 The Warden, and you have **500 health** and a **sonic boom that ignores armour**.

Your health bar really does become the mob's. Turning into a warden fills all 250 hearts.

## Powers come from the mob, not from a list

Nothing here is hardcoded. The mod looks at the actual creature and works out what it should be able
to do:

| It checks | You get |
|---|---|
| Does the game fly it through the air? | Flight, and no fall damage |
| Does it breathe underwater? | Water breathing and fast swimming |
| Can it stand in fire? | Fire immunity |
| How much health and punch does it have? | Strength and tough skin to match |
| Is it a monster? | Night vision |
| Is it undead? | Poison and wither cannot touch you |

Because it reads the mob rather than a list, **modded mobs get sensible powers automatically**.

## Signature moves

Some shapes get the move that made them famous, on the wheel:

| Warden | Sonic boom — goes straight through armour |
| Ghast | A full-size ghast fireball |
| Blaze | Fireballs |
| Wither | Wither skulls |
| Ender Dragon | A lingering cloud of dragon breath |
| Guardian | The beam, with heavy slowness |
| Enderman | Teleport to wherever you are looking |
| Creeper | Explode (no block damage) |
| Evoker | A marching line of fangs |
| Skeleton, Pillager | Arrows |
| Snow Golem | Snowballs |

## Controls

| Key | What it does |

| **`~`** | Shape list — searchable, Minecraft's own mobs first |
| **`M`** | Power wheel — point and let go |
| **`[`** | Full list of the current shape's powers |

All three can be rebound in Options → Controls.

## Multiplayer

Other players see your shape. The server decides what you are allowed to become and what you are
allowed to do — the client is never trusted with either.

No other mods needed.
