N3R3SH's Oth3r Us3ful Tags (N3OUT)

This mod adds some useful tags that you can use in your mods, as well as providing additional entries to some vanilla, forge, c: and other mods' tags. It also uses a config to 'tag' unfortunately untaggable dimensions. And it also adds a recipe for arrows that uses these tags.
