一个生成随机名字的数据包，随机名字生成数据包简称NGD 占用 29999997, 0, -1477 到 29999996, 2, -1479 的方块

A datapack that can generate random names, Name Generator Datapack, you can also call it NGD

blocks from 29999997 0 -1477 to 29999996 2 -1479 will be placed

执行下列函数生成名字
