Spawn Vex naturally in the wild in whatever biomes you wish! (By default: all biomes except the void)
Disallowlist or allowlist configuration for biomes with spawning rate options too.
NOTE: in/after 1.19 these configurations will be done via json so you will need to override it with a datapack!
